please tell me how to take backup of any wordpress blog, please explain me from starting, what are the method to take backup and how to do this?

Download a plugin from http://www.ilfilosofo.com/blog/wp-db-backup.
Install it, as per guidelines given in that. Do the settings. Thats’ it.
