Lost Youtube Account Password – how to recover?

I can’t access my account because I forgot the password to the youtube account that is also linked to the google account made for it. I have neither password and am stuck. I need to delete a video on the youtube account because my friend doesn’t want it on youtube anymore…Help?

You can recover it by using forgot password link.

You can use forgot password in google accounts.google can also send your password as sms if you linked mobile number to this account.
