Is Refeel Cartridge Refilling a Fraud? Need Suggestions

I was going through the Internet and found many complaints about refeel.in franchise refilling chain and wanted to know if they are legit or fraud. We are planning for a chain in Amritsar and want to know if we should invest Rs 6 lakhs with them or not.

Basic answer is, refilling is a kind of re-using the cartridges. For refilled products used, printers losses the warranty. But most of users refill their cartridge, for low cost. In warranty declaration letter, ‘HP’ said any kind of refilling will void the warranty, but no legal issues if you state refilled cartridges as re-fill’ed. But if you market the refilled products as new ones, then there brands may take legal action against you. For example you can market refilled products with your brand name, saying that specific cartridge works on that specific model printer. Nowadays, we can easily find HP,EPSON etc supported (refilled as well as re manufactured) low cost cartridges available at market of the brand ‘Prodot’. They offer legal products with their brand name with quoted “This cartridge can be used in HP XXXX”. Hope you understand it.
