Does anyone know how to redirect your webmails to your favourite email clients like thunderbird or outlook. plz help me out as i have to login separately to web mail page to read out my mail.

Use POP/IMAP in your webmail service. you didn’t mentioned which mail service you use. Assuning you are a gmail user, you can do these.
1. enable pop in gmail http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=13273

2. configure your client (many client supported) http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12103
