No you cant host two separate blogs on economy plan. There is a clear — in column of multiple websites which means you can make only one single website under this plan

yes you can host many sites at this hosting.10 GB hosting can be used to host many (wordpress)sites.

Good and enough to run two wordpress blogs with good traffic, i.e, 5K pageviews/day (Though they are saying Unlimited bandwidth)
