i have received 10$ in my account 2 days ago now the problem is i am not verified there so my questions is how i can get it transfered to me in any way and also the terms have changed for Indian user.please let me know how much the fees will cut from that amount and what money will i finally receive

First You need to verify your account, verifying your account will confirm that your bank accepts NEFT Payments. Since you are transferring $10, $10=445, you will be charged a fee of rupess 50, so 445-50=395. So you will get 395.

As you have only $10. you have to wait to ge tthe amount of $50. You can link your bank account to get confirmed by paypal

You just add your bank account in paypal, and paypal sends two small amount to your bank account within 7 days, then you confirm bank account by entering those amounts in paypal, and your account is verified and linked to bank account.
Then just goto withdrawl page and withdraw your funds.
The above answers are quite false.
Paypal charges 2.5% over currency conversion rate, so if 1$=45 rupees, then paypal will consider it as 43.875 rupees. Totaling 438.75 rupees for 10$, then it will deduct 50 rupees transfer charge and you get 378.75 rupees in bank account.
Note: If the amount crosses 7000 rupees, the 50 rupees charge is not applied.

You will be charged Rs 50 for the transaction. All you need to do is to associate a bank account with your paypal. For this purpose you need bank IFSC code,account number and payee name. Then transfer the money as according to the new regulations the money in paypal can not be kept for more than 7 days.
