Are paypal transactions taxable in india?

If i own a blog and get no earning from blog,i am not in tax paying categary till now, now if i am getting my first payment of 10-20$ from paypal,then i want to ask:-
(1) What kind of taxes to be paid to redeem this small amount and how much they cost out of my amount?
(2) What are other options for getting payment in india, Although in my case i can redeem amount cia cheque or paypal?

hi, Arup,
I think you want to say about Western Union,But in western union india transactions are to be done physically in cash or cheque,
But i want to know online payment otion with good currency conversion rates.
