How to make money from this Blog

Hi there,
Firstly congrats on starting such a nice thing.
Well I made this Weight Loss Blog some 8 months back. http://www.weightloss18.com
It has got all unique content plus a good blog design.
Well maintained. But the only thing is, it does not get high visitors. I mean there are good % of visitors that comes from search engines, but the volume is too low.
The reason I am asking for traffic is, because once you want to sell that site, the only thing that matters is the traffic you are getting. No one wants unique content.
Also, with traffic comes earnings from Adsense
Let me know your views on the same. And to get maximum from such a blog.

Thanks for the quick response.
The banners are there because there was nothing else to show.
As for the keywords, I am getting visitors for keywords like weight loss blog, etc… I have attached the analytics report for traffic..
As for banners and link… i will make some link exchange.. is it recommended?

The traffic is seriously very less and you need to check out the following articles and implement them.
Make sure you blog atleast once every 24 hours which would slowly increase your blogs traffic and setup some targets for the same with right implementations.

First of all i dont really understand why you are having advertisements related to paypal, web hosting and why are you have web directory, fashion blogs links under the blogroll which are completely irrelated. Its good to have related website links like links to best health sites etc but no point in this stuff.
Here are the list of keywords which i found your website ranks for – mk4 weight, mk4 weight, mk4 straighteners etc so try to make more content related to these and rank better.
