How can I remove Hyperlinks from blogger comment?

I have a blog E-howportal and I am getting so many comments with clickable URL or links to external websites that I do not want.
I have searched every where for that but I did not found my answer and I suddenly got this website.
I wish other visitor will comment in my blog with their URL but their URL must not be appeared in my blog comment area.
