I bought a domain name on sale last year for Rs. 150/-
Now Im getting a renewal offer of 698/-
While when I look for another new registration of .in domain name, its there at Rs. 178/-
Is there any way I can save my cost.

Try one thing, just wait for completion of your time period, then try to buy as a fresh domain. Try your luck….

.in Domains are normally available at $2 for registrations and around $12 – $20 at renewal period. There is no other alternative than dropping the domain once and re-registering it.

.co.in is comparably better. It has 2$ registration and 8$ renewal fee.
