Which are the good sites to sell few of my domains

I have registered few domain names, now i am planning to sell one or two. Where are the good sites which i should use. I heard SEDO is good.
should i park this domain and create few back links before selling a domain? Is there anything else i need to be careful about this ?

Sedo.com is very good place to sell domains, i think there is no necessity to create backlinks for the domain, If your domain name has keywords in it and if sounds cachy, then you will get good price for the domain.

First go to estibot.com and get the approx value of domain.
then go to namepros.com and try to know the interest of people in domain and their willingness to pay.
After this go to namejet.com or godaddy.com and register your domain for auction. These are the only place where you get potential buyers

You can sell your domains at flippa.com. On this website most of the websites do get potential customers and you will get a good amount.
Regarding back links if you will create back links it will increase the value of the website.
