What should i do when blogger says that my has been removed and the link will not be available to any users….

Create a new one if it has been removed.

All you can do is create a new blogspot.com . If you are hosting any content that you think is not acceptable to Google then host on another platform.

Your blogger website might had been removed due to violations of some policy like adding adult material. Some other possible violations are copying content or illegal information. Now you should make a new blogspot website and follow all guidelines of Google properly.
