What is Content Farm? How to Find a Blog effected with Content Farm

I recently read an article in google blog that Google algorithm has changed. There they mentioned that some unwanted blogs will treat as Content Farm.What does this mean.Is there anyway to Find this?

Krishna is Correct, But google is marking every website with lot’s of content as Content Farm, even labnol got penalized.

Content farm websites are those who steal the aricles and other content of other sites word to word. There is no list for such sites and even if you find it you cant do anything in it because it is the work of google

Content farm refers to websites that do not contain useful information and just a collection of copy pasted or modified articles that are not of much use to the users. It is true that many websites had been hit by Google after changing the Google algorithm.
In my opinion there is no authentic list containing a list of such websites.
