Unable to share my blog post on facebook

Hello,
i have problem, when i try to share post of my blog(www.cafeguitar.co.cc) facebook is showing the error see this :
and even i can not post a single blog post on facebook.
and when i try to insert facebook fan pafe like box it shows error like this

Hmm… what i got is, when you shared your blog posts previously, some one may reported that one as spam or abusive. That might be the reason…. If you still want to post, then go for using the free services like linsalpha, graffiti, etc. which automatically shares your blog posts in Face book.
