Mail Integration to a Blog/Website – Powered by Google

Hi, Amit – Recently I found one of my friend has introduced a mail service just for their employees which was powered by Google itself.
And every feature of this mail service is just like Gmail.
but the difference is rather than the Gmail logo it shows the company logo.
The login Url just like -> mail.company-name.co.in after hitting enter, it just changed to –
https://www.google.com/a/company-name.co.in/ServiceLogin?service=mail&passive=true&r..
So how could he done it ..? Reply soon bro
