Is it possible to take a webmaster to court for not sticking to his words?

Suppose a webmaster organizes a contest. Later when a member wins the contest he changes the rules. Can the member take the webmaster to court for this? And what are the chances of winning?

You can take the webmaster to the court only if he has changed the rules after the few days of the start of contest but I think in this website the webmaster is loyal to his words and you have not visited the contest page correctly.

Its tough to get court to give decision in your favor for
contest prizes.

it depends on what the breach is and where your weebmaster
is located , the payment mode….the previous answer still
stands.
