How to short the posts on my blog’s homepage??

I have a picture blog in blogger.com. In every 4-5days, I update my blog with 4-6posts. I want to keep nearly 10posts on my homepage… but each posts are very long…thats why I could not keep all the 10posts on my homepage. I want that my blog visitors can see nearly 10posts on blog’s homepage but every post should be in short. So that whenever the visitor wants to see the particular post…he click on the post and can see that complete blog post…just like in this blog- http://jobsfeed.blogspot.com
This blog has 15posts on his homepage and every posts are in short…but whenever someone clicks on particular post…he gets the complete blog post.
I want to make my blog posts should be short on my homepage like in above blog….but how??
Pls tell me complete step-by-step instructions…

Hello,
you can add “Read More” button to you post by using you inbuilt editor it has option like “page break” and also check out this site :
