How to change the number of posts in blogger blog’s homepage?

I have a picture blog in blogger.com In every 4-5days, I update my blog with 4-6posts. Due to setting in my blogger account, only 1 post can be shown in my homepage and other post on another page. I want that my blog visitors can see nearly 10posts on blog’s homepage but every post should be in short. just like in this blog- http://jobsfeed.blogspot.com
This blog has 15posts on his homepage and every posts are in short.
I want to make my blog posts like that….but how??
Pls tell me complete step-by-step instructions…

Login to http://www.blogger.com/
Then go to your particular blog’s Settings
Then Formatting
Now there type 10 in the box near “on the main page” selecting posts and you are done.

You need to have java coding knowledge or hire someone
who can do it.
The main page gives brief snippets , this when clicked
on opens up full page description.

You can go to your blogger dashboard and under that go to formatting,there you will find first option of post select as per your need.
