You need to manually add in each of the html based pages through notepad editor or Microsoft Frontpage. Another option is using Dreamweaver and implementing the search and replace option to add advertisements at once in all the gallery pages.

You need to have a minimum knowledge in HTML for this and in Frontpage you can easily get a idea on where to add the ads. Something like below the title in header and below the photos in footer.
