Generally readers submit interesting posts they come across on sites to Social bookamrking sites like Digg,stumble upon like that can we submit our own blog posts to digg and others.

If you check my blog you would have found that i myself dont submit to Social Bookmarking websites and the same thing applies to everyone. You can submit your most important or heavily posts but always make sure that you post with a different title so that the title is not duplicated.

It depends on individuals. Submit your that post which users ind interesting and make them digg also it will increase your traffic
