It all depends on how powerful your emailing list is and how much close are you with your readers. The list is useless if the members dont even know you and if each of you know that you are someone who is a expert in something, the members would listen to all your advises and go with the recommendations you offer. This way you can sell them the products, make them signup to services etc.
