You have to pay tax if your total earnings from all sources exceed 1.5 Lac.else their is no need

If your income is above the threshold you will have to pay taxes as per the income tax slab in India. However you can subtract the amount of money spent on hosting,domain name etc to calculte the profit. If your income is above 1000000 you will have to get it audited by a CA too.

You have to pay tax if you earn too much that crosses the income tax threshold level. Also it depends on how you file the income reports to incomer tax department.
