Hello,
I like to know that, is google pays for page views. If yes whats the ratio, if not which co. pays for page views.

Google does not pay on the basis of page views. There are only few of adsense ads that pay on pageview basis.

Google does not pay for page views. It pays for pay per click. Thus you get money only when someone clicks your ads.
