Hi,
I a student and I became major recently. I’m maintaining my ladies fashion blog from more than a year. Till now, I had applied adsense ads on my sites using my cousin’s account by creating a separate channel for my blog. Now I’m planning to create my own account. I want to know whether it’s possible to apply for a new account from an IP where I have previously accessed an account and I also want to know, how I can check whether adsense is banned on a site, since I’m planning to buy some established sites, if it’s banned, can I apply my codes without any risk.

You cannot check out whether Adsense is banned for a domain directly, but try to add some of your friends code on your site and if there is no ads displayed then it would mean that the domain is banned. Next its recommended that you Apply for a New Google Adsense Account and wait for Google’s reply regarding the approval.
