How can disable unncessary back ground processes in the computer?

when i scanned my computer in the scan report I have been asked to to disable unnecessary back ground processes.what shall I do?

this can only help while your computer is running.when you will start your computer again it will start again.so it is better to use ccleaner and turn off the unnecessary processes(like messenger,pc suite,or any other you don’t want to use).

Open Windows Task Manager by holding Ctrl + Alt + Delete. Then click on processes tab and select the process you want to end and then click on end process. See: http://oi52.tinypic.com/2uzcmlf.jpg
