Can i Run Adsense on Banned site

I had an adsense account of my site but has gone disable .I had not generated any ad code from my account but google disable due to invalid click activity .
No i have got a adsense account from my blog .I what to know that can i run adsense ad on my that site .
please valuable answer only

You should contact Google to resolve your first issue, if they detected false invalid clicks, then you should try to resolve your problem first.

Hey, do you want to get this adsense account banned too, if so use it, otherwise don’t use.

You had not mentioned your problem clearly. If your first adsense account got disabled due to invalid click activity you can not get a adsense account on the same payee name again.
However you can use any other adsense account like that of your relatives on your website.
