Can I apply for google adsense from my blog??

I have a blog in blogger.com and it is more than 1 yr old and having nearly 15posts. This blog has nearly 50-100pageviews daily. So I wanna know, can I apply for google adsense from this blog??
1 more thing, I also wanna know that it is necessary that the URL of my blog should be of my name before apply to google adsense??

About 100-200 pageviews daily can get you approved. I do not see a privacy policy on your blog thus correct that too.

You did not shared the URL. Your url should be registered with the name with which you are applying for adsense.
Once your adsense account is approved you can add it on as many websites as you want.
Regarding page views with 50-100 pageviews there is less chance. Try to post more resources there.
