Applying for Adsense – Should i Apply now or wait?

I own a one month old website, already displaying google ads from my friends account. I already have about 200+ articles on the site and roughly get about 400+ pageviews a day.
Is it safe to apply for Adsense on my own now, or should I wait longer? Will they reject my application since it is a relatively new site?
Also, when I apply for adsense, should I remove the adsense code currently on my site, or that should not be a problem?

Tried looking for the 6 month rule on the internet but couldnt find any such rule mentioned anywhere?

Well its not a hard & fast rule, but they consider that aspect too, so that they have a trusted site where the advertisers can place their ads.
But if you have good content then go apply for it. You may get approved because many have go approved within a month.

Yes, time cannot be a big issue when your content quality is very good.

First of all before applying for the Google Adsense Account you should remove the Google Ads which are displayed from your friends account as that’s unacceptable by their TOS. There should be no ads on the website and then apply once. Cannot say about the approval but there seems to be a recent rule of 6 months old website.
