Advertising of website eligible in adsense

In adsense rules, there is stated that for certain visitor source, my adsense account may be suspended. eg. I cannot participate in PTC programs. My question is, if I place a advertisement of my site in newspaper, will the same rule apply? or it is allowed?

Hey, there is no problem in advertising your website through Newspapers, Magazines or any type of offline media but make sure that you focus on the niche rather than asking people to visit the site and click on the ads. Previously there were bloggers who advertised on newspapers asking people to click on the ads, which has to be avoided.
