Who is better in terms of SEO learning and credibility

Ok, this is going to be a really really broad question: Who is better in terms of SEO learning and credibility… SEMPO Institute or Market Motive? I am looking to sign up to one of them so I can better myself in the SEO field. I already know the basics but a certification would be wonderful. So, in your opinion, who is the better pick? Do not worry about price, I’m talking pure curriculum and experience. Thank you!

I have always heard of Market Motive as a good place to earn the best educational place for SEO and PPC, along with the certification. I’ve got no experience but heard through my network that Market Motive is always a better place than SEMPO for SEO learning.
