It is not possible to make separate meta title,descriptions,keywords for each blogspot post.
The only things you can change in it is a title and labels. Labels is very important part. I can say this as my blog has nearly 80-90% on 1st page of google because of labels.
when you mark a label always use those words that you will use on google while searching for that topic on which you are writing you post.
