why my blog is block on google search whether it is visible on yahoo and bing..
i’m already submitted it google directory..and using webmater…www.dadpen.com

can you see any crawl errors in your webmaster tools account, check for those. One best thing is to Download the robots.txt file and upload it to your server.

I’m sure your robots.txt is blocking googlebot.
Generate a good robots.txt from within webmasters tools and upload it to server.

I think Your domain is blocked because there is no content on the site so according to algorithm of google it is a useless site and will not help his visitors in any manner so it is not indexing
