Hi Amit,
Somehow I have transferred ranklanciacarpictures.blogspot.com to jobsxroad.com. And i have added nofollow code, and redirect code in blogspot. And the visitor of a particular post will exactly reaching the same post in jobsxroad. Check this http://ranklanciacarpictures.blogspot.com/2009/10/1982-lancia-rally-037-photos.html. Now the question is, what else i have to take care regarding SEO and Google rankings? What actions to be done to not penalized by GOOGLE?

If 301 is implemented there is no need to worry, apart from this do also check out if there is a 301 redirect option available in Google Webmaster for Blogspot to self hosted redirection.
