Hi!Arup,(1)Is it safe to buy a product from ‘eBay India’?(2)Please tell me the procedure of purchase.But the payment will be made at the time of delivery(cash on delivery).(3)Is it necessary to creat an account in ‘eBay.in’?(4)A brief description about PaisaPay.Please suggest me a ‘good usb web cam’ for my pc(not costly).Thanks.

Hi, its Santhosh here I think I can take a chance to answer this question. I think its safe to buy a product from ebay India. It is must that you should have a account in the ebay to make the purchases. The procedure to purchase any produce is
1. Select the product
2.Select the buy it now option and choose the mode of payment like the credit card or debit card or Net banking or you can choose COD(cash on delivery)
I can suggest you a webcam actually it was suggested to me by arup only LOGITECH C100m.
