HI Amit,
Earlier, there was option to edit our question. Can u add that feature again in this new version of help.

I dont think that this feature was available earlier. Only once for a few hours i was testing a plugin which would allow anyone to edit their own posts and titles but that was buggy, hence didnt go ahead with it.
