Hi, my friend have laptop dell vostro 1015 with windows 7 back,he want change windows xp os,but error has coming when change to windows xp, so how to remove everything windows 7 in laptop,what do he do, kindly explain

If you have upgraded to windows 7, from windows xp then you can roll back to the previous Operating system. To know how to roll back refer the link below.

And if you had a fresh installation of windows 7 then you can install windows xp from the windows xp boot disk and by selecting the DVD as the boot device, and then you can start the installation and further format the drive which has the Windows OS, if this is not working then you will need some other format utilities like Bootable Partition magic which you can get from the link below.

After you have formatted the drive which has the OS, you can install the Windows XP.
