Installation of C drive in computer

it is seen that drive C IS not installed in my computer. How can install it?

If C Drive is not installed then iam sure the Operating System is installed in the D Drive or may be its renamed. You can check out the Disk Manager and try to change the drive names.
Right Click on My Computer > Manage > Disk Management > Delete other drive and you can recreate it as C Drive.
