How to hide a folder in windows xp ?

Last day i paste some folders in my programe files aftersome time i did not view that folder what will be the reason ?

If you are referring to some of your folders not being shown after pasting or moving some files, then this could have been a setting of hide folders option. You should check this under the Folder Options in your My Computer section.

Firstly,to hide the folder namely XYZ,Right click on XYZ.Then in properties click on checkbox button of hidden.
If you want to view hidden folder XYZ.Then open My Computer(or any window) then Tools -> Folder Options -> View -> Hidden Files and Folders -> show hidden files and folders.
Thats it.
