How to block a website in limited user account in XP

If there are two accounts to operate Windows XP one is admin and another limited user account doesn’t have admin previlages then how to block a website for limited user account, that website should not be blocked for admin account ,is it possible.

I do not know about for limited account but I know for the admin account.
Control Panel -> internet options -> Security tab
then select the restricted sites option.
Add the restricted sites in this option as a result these sites will be restricted.
