.exe files on mac works?

I want to know if there is any way with which i can view or use .exe files in my Mac OS based laptop?
I see .dmg files work usually with mac for installation of applications but want to know about the same with .exe
Any help appreciated.

Mac doesn’t support .exe file. There is no way to run .exe file on mac directly. If you are having a laptop which is based on mac os, you can install another os on your laptop.

There is no direct way by which you can open or use .exe files in mac, as the files are useful for Windows OS and built for that OS and not mac.
But still, if you are with only a mac laptop and want to have the Windows interface with .exe files working in it, you can run everything of Windows parallel with Mac, using a few tools like Parallels Desktop or VMWare Fusion etc.
These apps make a parallel desktop where you can install any version of Windows to your mac and you can use both at the same time. And using .exe files in your mac based laptop is possible only with this way.
