@arupbsk, I Dont think you can blacklist numbers of your regular handset. You probably need to install a Blacklist application that does it for you. Correct me if I am wrong here.

Even basic nokia phones such as 1600,1110,1202,1208 etc all have the option named, “Screened call”, and when we look at nowadays various brands’ low cost phones, most of them have this feature as “Call manager”.

If your mobile handset supports call manager, there blacklist those numbers. Otherwise if you are using vodafone, they have a service to block specific numbers. Call 111 to know more.
