Will dell vostro meet my requirements?

I was searching a 15.6″ laptop of 4gb ram,500gb/320gb HD, i3/i5 processor and 512 MB graphics within the range of 40000/-. And I found one laptop from dell, ie. vostro 3500.
My usage is mainly for engineering designing and programming. I am using proe, solidworks and labview. And also I am using some music composing softwares like fruity loops and sound editing sw sound forge (sound clarity is must).It should support win XP also. wthr this laptop is suitable for my requirements?
In this laptop they are providing 512MB nvidia graphics card. Is it enough for my applications,or 1gb required? which is the good graphics for designing, nvidia or ATI radeon ?
Or I want to choose any other model? Can u prefer me one good laptop with in the range of 40000/- and good looking (how is HP models?). I am waiting for your valuable answer.

Dell vostro is a very good laptop. I used it in my office. It has great looks and was also fast even when compared to Dell inspiron.

Go for Dell vostro, I myself is a Dell user and being a Dell user i’m telling you Dell is the best laptops. Great performance, Great Features and the best part The best customer support I have ever seen.
