I have heard that laptop gets affected by the increase in the use of TV Tuner is it true? If true then how does it affect the laptop give the reason.

There is no harm in using TV tuner on your laptop. However I will suggest you to buy a TV that comes now for 4000 also in order to ensure that your costly laptop is not overworked.
