How to recover data from laptop?

I have a old laptop and its OS is crashed so it can’t load the OS and CD drive doesn’t work, USB booting is not supported and now I have stored a personal data in the C drive program files folder that to I have made it hidden so how can I get the data from that and now the laptop is completely crashed and even it doesn’t switch ON also but the data is most important. So now how can I get that data??

You can open the laptop and take out the HDD. Then take the HDD to data recovery services shop and they will recover your data.
