hi amit i have nic but its speed 144kbps is problem .
can i use it in ratnagiri distict.
plz help me i like the speed of evdo

We cannot know if its possible to use the card in other districts unless you try to use it there because it all depends on the network connectivity and the towers range. Its better that you contact the nearest bsnl office for more information on this.
