yeah..
Here is a tip to lose weight (extra fat)..
go for a walk daily in the morning for 1hour, and instead of hvg ur daily breakfast take herbalife shake den hv ur regular lunch
in lunch time, and again don’t take ur regular dinner just hv herbalife shake in the night time go to bed happily.. in this way u r going to lose 4 to 5 kgs per month..
