It is very easy process. You will have to give a written application to your SBI branch manager. Thereafter in few days the mobile banking system will get activated.

You will have to go to the SBI branch where you have a account.
From them take the application form for mobile banking, fill it and submit it to them.
Then you will get your user id and password after some days
