HDFC Netsafe Problem

I am trying to buy a product from clickbank through my HDFC Netsafe card(created from Titanium Mastercard Credit Card) but getting error every time
Here is the error message that I got.
“There was 1 error on the page:
• Your order was not approved. (2)”.
I was buying a product priced $4.95(approx Rs 230 ) and created Netsafe of limit Rs 1000 still the same error shown so no problem with credit limit I guess.Can any one help??
