Closest Replacement to PayPal

I think if you are Paypal user you might know about the new RBI Restrictions, so i am looking for an alternative.
Amit has recently wrote an article in his blog on the alternatives. http://www.amitbhawani.com/blog/paypal-alternatives-indians/
I have read that article and i am unable to choose the closest. I was thinking of Alert Pay but i recently came to know that Alert Pay Doesn’t Support India.
So please inform me the closest alternative to PayPal.

In my opinion Alert pay will be the best for you with most of the features resembling Paypal.
It has some additional features like you can make money through referrals also on Alertpay.

you’ll have problems convincing people to pay you via alertpay as it is not well known .
you can use it as second payment option if you need to.

Alterpay is the closest replacement.You should check it again alterpay supports india.
