Amit congrats for building successful and helpful site. What is the size of your team?
Congrats to all of them.
I want to ask, for beginner what is best WordPress or Blogspot?.
And can we transfer from blogspot to WordPress and vice-versa.
Do we loose any features in doing this?
Last question, how to improve traffic, do you advice sponsered campagins?

you can easily import your blogspot posts to wordpress.

I prefer WordPress. I don’t have a special reason, maybe becasue I’m more familiar with it.

I have a very small team who work on our network of blogs but this is supported with freelancers who perform several tasks ranging from content writing to server management.

Its better to go for a Self Hosted WordPress Blog than the Blogger Blog because of the unlimited features.
No i dont recommend publishing any sponsored posts on your main serious blogs because thats going to make you loose rankings. Also for traffic, its better to opt for the right steps.
